On the morning of March 20, the signing work on handover of Guangzhou Paper Group Workers' Hospital staff was held in the conference room on F/4 of Guangzhou Paper Group Workers' Hospital, indicating the official starting of overall handover of Guangzhou Paper Group Workers' Hospital to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University, and from April 1, the original Workers' Hospital staff will be managed by the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University.

As the last link of the staff arrangement for the sake of environmental protection, Guangzhou Paper Group finally facilitated the agreement on overall handover of Workers' Hospital tothe Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University after discussion many times under the guidance of the related departments of Municipal Government based on the attitude of guaranteeing the staff rights and benefits and being responsible for the staff.

In order to successfully promote staff arrangement, Guangzhou Paper Group made a lot of meticulous first-phase preparations. The Workers' Hospital carried out the policy advocacy on such handover among the hospital-wide staff step by step and level by level in the form of worker representatives meeting, cadres meeting, party members meeting and staff meeting; meanwhile, Guangzhou Paper Group made sufficient communications and negotiations with the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University on the staffing, staff handover and arrangement, party membership handover and labor contract signing, finally ensuring the steady and successful completion of the signing work.

Generally, the hospital staff were satisfied with this handover and arrangement, and expressed their appreciation to Guangzhou Paper Group for taking staff into consideration and providing a platform more beneficial to their own development.
